Warning - NEVER use Non-Cushioned cups. They cause red rings that will damage your skin and after long term use this becomes permanent and very noticeable. Cushioned Cups surface contact is soft and flexible and grips the rib-cage under vacuum more efficiently, as it forms to your exact shape and doesn’t cause pressure points. Hard cups cannot do this and they also lose vacuum efficiency as the vacuum is greatest where the cups meet your rib-cage (pressure equals force over area so a force acting over a smaller area creates a greater pressure) causing pressure pain, red rings and ultimately bruising. They do not not spread the vacuum evenly around your breasts as it should be. 21 years of breast enlargement experience has taught us that cheap alternatives will detrimentally affect progress and if used over time will actually cause permanent damage. Small - 10cm base - 11.5cm height - will fit you if you are now an A or AA cup.

Medium - 11cm base - 13cm height - will fit you if you are now a small B-cup.

Large - 12.5cm base - 15cm height - will fit you if you are now a small C-cup.

XL - 13.5cm base - 16cm height - will fit you if you are now a C to D-cup.

XXL - 14cm base - 17cm height (XXL will only fit 36 inches or above) will fit you now if you are a full D or small E.
